Designed Motion Systems within LottieFiles Platform, giving teams a shared source of truth for how their brand moved. The experience brought motion principles, tokens, easing curves, reusable presets, colors, fonts, and approved assets into one governed system where teams could manage, publish, version, and share their motion standards.
Problem
Motion guidelines often lived in static documents and scattered files, disconnected from the tools where teams created and shipped animation. Values were repeatedly interpreted, rebuilt, and applied inconsistently.
Solution
I designed a governed Platform experience where teams could manage, publish, and version motion standards, then access approved values and assets across Lottie Creator, Figma, and After Effects.
